We're excited to announce that the Annual Literary Festival will return for the third year running!

Join us on Wednesday 5th February 2020 for a celebration of all things literary. Held at the University Centre Grimsby, the Annual Literary Festival is a chance to meet writers from all across the country. Enjoy live music from singer-songwriter Rachel Makena, meet bestselling authors, and watch the televised award ceremony for the winners of the 2019 Hammond House Writing Competition.

Entry is completely free and open to the public.

Authors Tables are available to book to display and sell your work.

Bestselling author, Lynette Creswell, will be joining us at the festival and will be running a free writing clinic, giving advice on anything literary – feedback on your writing, tips on how to get your work published, the difference between traditional and self-publishing, and more. Email admin@hammondhouse.org.uk to book your free 20 minute slot with Lynette, from 10am - 12pm.
