An avid reader of everything including graphic novels, EC Robinson has written a stand-alone comic script Project Earth. A stint in Louisiana stimulated writing and especially horror: if you lived near the swamp (or on the bayou), you’d write horror too! Always the horror fanatic, EC Robinson is currently researching for her current novel set in a fictitious town based on Grimsby history, involving a scorned witch and an unbreakable curse.

A self-proclaimed “metalhead,” EC also enjoys a myriad of other music, especially soundtracks and classical. Writer influences include Stephen King and Clive Barker, and she admires the scriptwriting of Christopher Nolan.

After discovering a love of scriptwriting, EC has a completed a short film script and has a fantasy trilogy in progress, but prose is where her heart lies and she has a notebook full of ideas that goes everywhere with her.  Her latest short story While She Sleeps is  due to be published in November 2016.
