Writers Groups are a great way to pursue a new interest, gain a new sense of purpose, learn new skills, make new friends – and even become a published writer.

Our writers' groups can develop your ability to communicate ideas in an effective and interesting way and provide both social and professional advantages.

Regular communication through Writers Groups is also a great way to develop your skills and support your mental health.

If you are interested in forming a writers group in your local community, Hammond House can help you set up and support your group, thanks to help from the National Lottery Community Fund.
